Rebecca Jade Lieb (she/her) is a Masters of Counselling student based in Edmonton, Alberta where she also co-owns a local LGBTQ+ retail shop called [The QUILTBAG][1]. She has an MA in English from the University of Alberta and was a managing and contributing editor of [GUTS Canadian Feminist Magazine][2] from [2013-2019][3].

Rebecca’s career has focused on providing support services for LGBTQ+ youth, advocating for disability justice through working with children and families, and racial justice in Black-Indigenous solidarity movements. Her professional interests are primarily anti-oppressive and trauma-informed counselling and facilitation practices.

Rebecca's areas of expertise for consultation and facilitation include anti-oppression, anti-racism, intersectionality, gender and sexual identity, LGBTQ2S+ support, mental health and trauma informed practice, and accessible planning and organizing.
